Tips?
Does anybody ever get tired of being OCD about their OCD? I feel like just dropping the topic for a few hours of the day. I feel like I’m always just either thinking about it (ruminating) or researching. To think of it sounds like these are compulsions and I’m just feeling bad after I do them lol. Regardless I just want to live my life without it being the forefront of a thought.
