my brain used to go ‘well you can think it just don’t act on it’ then id be like i don’t want to think it at all but then now my brain is going ‘what if you don’t want to think about it because you just want to act on it and not think about the consequences or how you’d feel after it’. my brains doubting literally everything even to the point of if i want help anymore
