S3xual thoughts and ocd

Can someone please tell me I’m not alone? Can you share your experience with getting intrusive S3xual thoughts please Because I feel like it’s not talked about and it’s something I really struggle with and I’m scared I’m the only one getting these disturbing and fucked up thoughts and scared I want them and that it’s actually me and not my ocd For example : I feel like I’m constantly constantly getting S3xualised thoughts of people I’m related to especially when I’m trying to have S3xual time

I get a lot of s3xual intrusive thoughts. I mostly get them because I was SA'd by my ex-husband. So my mind just naturally goes there. However as long as I'm aware that that's what that is and that's my OCD. I'm okay with it. It doesn't mean anything about you. We're all human and we get a lot of random intrusive thoughts sometimes there are tied to experiences/trauma that we've had. I'm sorry you're going through this.

i'm striggle from pocd and zocd, and i have groinal responses when i hear a trigger so difficult and shameful

@ambermayx yes, i was afraid that i'm attracted to horses and snakes i had intrusive thoughts and groinal responses and i started to avoid animals, i liked horses amd equestrian sport so muuch, but my zocd has ruined it

@ambermayx Me too, my mom is a dog breeder so our boy dogs aren't neutered and I find my mind wandering there, makes me feel sick and guilty.

@suspectedocd3!!R thankyou for sharing, I feel like it’s not talked about enough because it’s a massive theme I struggle with and feel like I can’t talk about Because I get sexual thoughts aboht things I don’t want to have it about and it makes me feel weird and disgusting

Need some advice here as I feel like such a sick twisted person..I feel like I may have sexual intrusive thoughts ocd but sometimes I think it’s just me and my twisted brain- intrusive thoughts about my family members has turned into pedophilia ocd and what makes it worse is that I work with children. Lately I’ve been seeing sexual intrusive images of me sexually abusing young children normally male, and I am obviously distressed by them and I would never act on that but it makes me feel like I would actually do that cause of the feeling I would get and it’s all so confusing and scary cause I would never do that to a child. Please someone help that has maybe been through a similar experience?

Sexual ocd [TMI]

Hey , I feel like I’m alone with getting intrusive and unwanted thoughts during sex / mast3rbation and when I’m finishing and it makes me feel disgusted and that I’m a disgusting person and that I agree with the thoughts I get and I get really upset after and guilty and regret doing it Please can someone tell me if they experience things like this and if it’s not just me It’s something I’ve been really struggling with but I try not to let it get in the way of me having a sex life
