considerations
*the brain is a limitless thought machine, that can go anywhere. ANYWHERE. When you have ocd you can end up in the very places you would never want to wander *the bad ocd brain + outside triggers that contain negativity (the outside evil) get overlayed [because of a glitch in the system of logic and rationality] with our self-identity = the reason we get confused and feel uncertain about our values -> the doubts coming from the brain breach through self identity, and blend among what's real, we internalise the bad, we start feeling like the perpetrators instead of victims of psychological violence *ocd will make you doubt anything. to the very idea of yourself having ocd. the doubt of not having it and being what you fear. Even now that i wrote all this stuff a part of me fears the possilbily of it not being ocd. But i know there is something wrong with me, like the the unwanted intrusive images [that arrive from the inside or the outside triggers] of recurring themes (pure ocd) that get stuck in my head and ruin the mood and contaminate the present
