Might be a reassurance question but,
Those who have recovered, do you still experience the same amount of intrusive thoughts? They just don’t bother you? I can’t imagine that being a fun life :( I’m like I just want to live normally like I did before, I feel like if I’m constantly trying to disregard ocd thoughts my whole life, that’s just so discouraging to try to even do treatment. Is there really peace after ocd? Sorry sad post haha just feeling discouraged.
