My thoughts feel too loud
I have an obsession where I'm convinced that I'm speaking my thoughts without realizing it or somehow other people just know what I'm thinking. I have compulsions related to this where I ask other people if I was mumbling or talking to myself. I don't know what to do. It feels silly but the fear is so real and I don't know how to cope with it. Does anyone else suffer from this pattern of thinking, or have any advice to help?
