Feeling very “off” lately
I had my worst panic attack maybe ever on Wednesday morning completely out of the blue (after a looong stretch without panic attacks) and since then I’ve been struggling to feel normal. I just feel very dissociated and brain foggy and I keep making stupid mistakes and forgetting things. Then my brain tells me that I’m finally losing it and that I’m a danger to everyone and I’m gonna start blacking out and doing bad things or saying awful things without thinking. I just feel like I can’t focus on anything and I’m SO painfully aware of it. So ironically I CAN focus on my lack of focus 😭
