Pure o harm
My people with pure o, how do you not do compulsions? I feel like my brain always brings up the thought. It’s so annoying. Also what do you say to your OCD? my therapist said to agree very specifically, like if the thought was “you are a bad person” say “yeah it is possible I am a bad person”. But do I let go after I say that. Bc I feel like I am prone to rumination and analyzing. 💗
