I was teetering on the edge of slipping into an episode. Unfortunately, because I was stressed I made some poor choices and made some mistakes that probably offended people. Trying really hard not to shame myself but all I can think about is how bad did I mess up and should I message people to apologize. I have to get on with my day and not get stuck here. I'm crying a lot these last two days. I wish I was less harsh on myself. I just meditated to try and help calm myself.
