Guilt
Do you have that feeling that for eg. One week you don't suffer from OCD and you feel like everything was fake and you are no really sick of OCD and then it hits again for a few days and you feel awful and have a lot intrusive thoughts, but when it stops again you feel like you say to yourself that you are just pretending to have it. I really feel like that, especially the fact that I have never been really diagnosed yet and sometimes I feel like I'm just pretending and my thoughts are real and I just need to make peace with that and the guilt I feel is beacause I should believe that for example I don't like someone. Do you have any advice?
