One Step Forward, Two Steps Backward
Good evening, I hope everyone’s had a good day, and if you didn’t, I’m proud of you for making it through it anyways 🌸. My day comprised of some wins against my OCD but my night ended on a bad note due to my OCD. I have mostly accepted that I didn’t keep strong like I wanted to, but still feel bad because of the “lose” in this situation. I know what is done is done now. But how do you guys deal with the shame and guilt that remains afterwards? Feeling very defeated tonight.
