When Sarah finally got access to exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, she wasn’t scared to face her fears and recover from OCD. What she was scared about was how ERP would work with her autism: what if ERP wasn’t as effective for her? What if her therapist didn't know much about autism? Fortunately, her fears didn’t come true, and ERP ended up changing her life.
